What Lystaria Provides

• Tools for reminders, calendar events, journaling, habits, and reading logs.
• A Telegram mini app interface to manage your data.
• Optional one-way Google Calendar sync for events you create in Lystaria.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you submit (titles, descriptions, journal entries, and notes).
• You agree not to use Lystaria to harass, abuse, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• You agree not to automate or overload the service in a way that harms stability.
• You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure.

Google Calendar Sync

If you connect Google Calendar, you grant Lystaria permission to create, update, and delete calendar events generated from your Lystaria events. This sync is optional and can be disconnected at any time.

• Sync is one-way: Lystaria writes to Google Calendar, not the other way around.
• You choose the target calendar, and you can change it later.
• Disconnecting stops future sync; existing events may remain in Google unless removed.

Service Availability

Lystaria is provided on an as-available basis. We aim for reliability, but downtime and interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure outages, or platform limitations.

Data and Content

• Your content remains yours. Lystaria stores it to provide functionality.
• You may request deletion of your stored data, subject to technical limitations.
• We may remove content or restrict access if misuse is detected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lystaria is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of Lystaria after changes means you accept the updated terms.
